PPHS offers retail for home brewers and also provides classes and kits for teaching first time brewers the art of brewing all grain recipes. I developed a kit packaging that leads new brewers step by step in a simple manner that makes brew day easier to be confident with. Simple to follow all grain small batch beer kits have been shipped all over the United States and Canada.

We are servicing and upgrading all types of Experimental Aircraft. Our specialty has been the Epic aircraft so far. The first round of speed mod's gained us 23 Knots! We also offer a range of cabin comfort improvements. We also took over a composites manufacturing company called Central Composites. We have various items that we contract manufacture, and are always open to new ideas.

Composite manufacturing

I was working with Epic since the project began. We developed and started manufacturing a high performance six place turboprop. Four aircraft designed and flown in five years, what a ride! One model from nothing to full production and 40 aircraft produced before the company closed down. I was able to travel the country and greatly expand my Aviation Maintenance career.
