My role is split between engineering/construction project management and detailed engineering design. I take on the full gambit of mechanical design including plant layout, process piping design, pipe stress and flexibility analysis, utilities systems design, equipment selection, industrial ventilation, dust collection system design, pneumatic conveyance systems design, tank systems, pumping systems, material conveyance, screw conveyors, air slides, bucket elevators etc... I have designed for a wide variety of process fluids including potash brine, fly ash slurry, asphalt, light end oil products, compressed air, cooling and potable water, nitrogen, natural gas, steam, ammonia, and agricultural chemicals at various temperatures and pressures.

Experience on site at PCS Allan, PCS Cory and the Cigar Lake mines. Experience in all aspects of construction project management.

Used "World Class Manufacturing" tools including the Kaizen, 5Why, 4-M, Pareto and Root Cause analysis to identify and eliminate the "Root Cause" of manufacturing defects.

Engineering Professional Internship Program (8 month internship)Provided technical support for the production and supervisory staff.
