Proactive injury prevention, acute injury management, job site assessment and physical demand analysis, wellness programming, new hire post-offer testing

Provide pre-taping, post care, and emergency response as needed fir various sporting events, including Camridge Lions Football, and OPDL Soccer

• Overseeing patients’ injuries while carrying out treatment and exercise plans, and using hands on treatment• Utilizing various modalities including Ultrasound, TENS, IFC, and NMES• Educating patients on their specific injuries and what to expect during the healing process• Properly documenting patient injuries and home programs according to guidelines• Fit patients for custom knee braces and well as over the counter braces for various joints

• Reviewing workers’ health and injury history, blood pressure management, grip strength and PAR Q to ensure they are safe to exercise• Performing full-body musculoskeletal exams to identify any pre-existing or current injuries as well as any health conditions that may lead to injury on a work site• Conducting critical strength and mobility testing while monitoring heart rate, oxygen levels, and ensuring proper lifting techniques are used• Overseeing daily operations of the clinic including ordering supplies, accurate and up to date billing, and maintaining communication with head office as well as local owners• Ensuring appointments run on time while managing any issues that may arise• Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring same day delivery to head office

• Overseeing Student Athletic Therapists during games when required• Providing pre-taping, post care, and emergency response as needed during the school year for various varsity level sports
