Work was completed remotely after initial site visits. • Lead remote team that produced 35% design documents for each stop within 5 week deadline. Subsequent design packages were completed on time and under budget.Sage Glen Subdivision - Wolf Mountain, UT - 240+ acre master planned subdivision near Wolf Mountain. Existing terrain varied in slope from 1% to over 33%. Existing drainage swales had to be maintained and crossed by new infrastructure. Existing terrain required the use of a pressurized sewer system. • Modeled culinary water distribution system with over 400 nodes, 2 reservoirs and multiple pressure zones which helped to determine lots to service. • Designed wastewater collection system including pressure sewer systems with onsite treatment using the Orenco line of products which met the local government requirements and allowed additional lots to be added and serviced through the same system.Several Subdivisions throughout Summit County, UT• Engineered several subdivision developments including roadway design for mountainous areas, storm drain system design including upstream pass through, utility layout and design and plan production.
