Managed databases in Microsoft Access and analyzed property information. Used ArcGIS to produce maps displaying gathered data. Assisted the Planning Department in community outreach and comprehensive neighborhood planning initiatives on the city’s east side. Developed and designed a marketing program for Aurora Downtown, a coalition of property and business owners, including designing marketing pieces and creating a mail list of targeted businesses. Assisted the Planning Department with zoning research. Helped coordinate downtown events.
