In conjunction with the Division Director, guiding the overall direction, growth, budget, and culture of the Facilities Division. Managing Division programs, personnel, and initiatives. Leading the strategic planning process of programs to meet goals and objectives. Overseeing a variety of trades including Project Management, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing. Supervised and managed division construction project managers associated with the strategy, planning, design, and execution of County Capital Projects, including new construction, expansion, renovation, remodel, and maintenance and repair projects. Managed architects and engineering firms, construction firms, and County contracted consultants. Provided advice and recommendations to County leadership associated with construction and project management. Oversaw County facility planning and annual budget requests. Worked closely with Facilities leadership in developing and reaching Division outcomes.

Provided leadership, management, supervision, and operation of campus wide utilities and all associated services. Developed and coordinated work teams and delegated duties to crew leaders in various trades including HVAC, Heat Plant, Electrical and Plumbing. Prepared and administered the Utility Services annual budget. Provided input for the Facilities wide budget. Directed and oversaw capital development building projects from the outset to completion, i.e., scope, feasibility, programming, design, construction, move-in, closeout, and warranty. Oversaw all safety and risk management programs for the university. Responsible for space tracking, planning and reporting.

Worked closely with the Manager of Construction Services on all capital development and improvement projects. Assisted with all space planning and documenting. Supported all safety and risk management activities. Hired, trained, and mentored employees.
