As a finance student at the University of Alberta, I am eager to apply and expand my knowledge of statistics, portfolio analysis, and data analytics. I have a solid understanding of programs like Microsoft Excel and PowerBI, and I enjoy creating financial models and data dashboards to support decision-making and problem-solving. For the past five years, I have also worked as an excavator operator at Iron Pine Contracting Ltd., a forestry and land-clearing company. In this role, I have demonstrated hard work, quality, and excellence, as well as the ability to operate safely and efficiently in challenging environments. I have also built long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues, and contributed to the success of multiple projects. I have achieved my finance degree and am pursuing a career in the financial sector, where I can leverage my quantitative skills and my business knowledge.
