Tyson serves as the Chicago Office Audit Leader for Deloitte. In this leadership position, he is responsible for all aspects of practice management, including business operations, resource deployment, talent development and marketplace eminence. In addition to his practice role, Tyson has been deeply connected to serving clients within the financial services industry. Prior to his office role, Tyson served as the Chicago Office's Investment Management and Banking and Securities practice leader. He has over 23 years of experience providing audit, accounting and advisory services to the investment management industry, including accounting and auditing services as well as regulatory and operational risk consulting services. He has served some of our largest clients across all sectors in investment management, from mutual funds, private equity, venture capital and alternative investments.Tyson has also served a number of clients across financial services including Fintech consumer and small business lenders, property and casualty insurance, life insurance, wealth managers, development banks, and proprietary traders. While Tyson has served some of our largest and most complex clients, he enjoys assisting and guiding those growing and emerging companies as they navigate from the startup phase to growth and success.
