Utilizing an in-house reactive programming library, I led client development of new features and worked closely with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to implement innovative solutions such as "smart meetings."As a key member of the BlueJeans team, I played a critical role in the success of the company, which was acquired by Verizon for $500 million in April 2020. Customers of BlueJeans included notable brands such as Facebook, Disney, and Nike. I am skilled in leading development efforts across multiple time zones and am passionate about creating cutting-edge video conferencing solutions for the modern workplace.

As a member of the fast-paced team at Zeen, I contributed to the development and release of five different video products built on top of WebRTC. In this role, I played an active role in design and product execution, working closely with customers to ensure a tight feedback loop and rapid prototyping process.During my time at Zeen, I designed several innovative features such as meeting highlights and playback, both of which were later incorporated by BlueJeans when they acquired Zeen in September 2018. I am skilled in working with small, high-velocity teams to bring ideas from conception to release and am excited to continue bringing innovative solutions to the market.

As the sole developer of the AVFoundation-based video processing engine at MixBit, a collaborative video editing platform led by YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley, I played a crucial role in the development and success of the company. My work focused on creating smart heuristics to produce high-quality videos and involved close collaboration with designers and video production experts.At MixBit, I was responsible for developing the backbone of the platform, which allowed users to automatically compose shared photos and videos into stylized videos similar to iOS photo memories. I am skilled in creating innovative solutions for video processing and am excited to continue driving the development of cutting-edge technologies in the industry.

As a member of the mobile app development team at Applidium, a Paris-based firm, I gained valuable experience in iOS development and shipped my first product over the course of one summer. In this role, I also served as a company evangelist for new iOS 8 features such as interactive notifications and custom keyboards.

As a member of the team at Repustate, a company specializing in machine learning technology and multilingual social media analytics, I contributed to the publication of white papers that highlighted interesting trends and insights from social media. In particular, I focused on exploring the hypothesis of fan sentiment affecting team performance.

In my role as a technology support specialist, I was responsible for troubleshooting computers for students, faculty, and alumni and recommending plans for technology implementation around campus.

As a member of the team at Delicious.com and Zeen.com, I had the opportunity to work directly with YouTube co-founders Chad Hurley and Steven Chen on a daily basis. I played a key role in the launch of Zeen.com and contributed to a redesign of Delicious.com. Additionally, I assisted in the formation and growth of a startup incubator.
