I am a professional cultural manager with strong production management skills, excellent leadership qualities, and a lifelong love of the arts. Since April 2024 I have held the position of Production Manager of Exhibition Centre WeeGee in Espoo. My responsibilities include overseeing operations, managing finances, supervising personnel, partnerhips, and program planning.Prior to my current position, I served as a Producer at the Finnish National Opera and Ballet for six years. Additionally, I took on the role of coordinator for the institution's strategy process from 2023 to 2024. Before my tenure at FNOB, I worked as a project manager at the Finnish Cultural Institute in France. These diverse experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive skill set spanning cultural production management, strategic planning, stakeholder relations, and fundraising. Throughout my career, I have engaged with various forms of art, including music, dance, design, festivals, multidisciplinary projects, and performing arts, within international contexts. My academic background includes a Master of Arts in Arts Management from the University of the Arts Helsinki. As Strategy Coordinator I was supporting the Management Team in the creation of the new strategy by facilitating workshops, carrying out the external environmental analysis, assisting in goal settings, as well as coordinating the strategy formulation and implementation planning. I reported directly to the General Director.---Finnish National Opera and Ballet is the largest art institution in Finland, with 530 full-time and over a thousand part-time or visiting employees. FNOB offers opera and ballet performances and other events to audiences of all ages. Cabins were inspired by the "aitta", a traditional Finnish guest cottage. Each evening, up to 12 guests were able to book from a selection of six spruce timber aitta. Each day, the installation was open for the public to visit. In August 2017 KOTI was transferred to the Tori Quarters in Helsinki to be experienced in the center of Helsinki.As a project manager I was responsible for planning and executing the project, leading the project team of 15-20 members, planning the program content, fundraising, marketing and communications activities together with the head of the institute.Mobile Home 2017Mobile Home 2017 was an international cultural export project of four Finnish cultural institutes in Benelux, Berlin, London and Paris. The project explored and interpreted different meanings of home through art, science, social interactions, and experiences. During the course of the year, these European metropoles showcased distinguished perspectives on what home can mean in today's world. All the Mobile Home projects were presented in Finland during the summer 2017. Institut finlandais coordinated the collaboration umbrella project. -
