-To meet the brewery's mechanical requirements by having a thorough knowledge and understanding of the equipment .-To plan for regular maintenance and process equipment to ensure a high reliability of operation in the brewery according to set standards . -To manage and direct the mechanical Technicians , inclusive of contractors ensuring that all work done are carried out safely and conform to set engineering standards . -To train , develop and coach subordinates by identifying and providing training needs . -To maintain , review and implement specified procedures and controls to meet company and KHB's standards . -To assist on KHB's / brewery's operational efficiency and affectivity wherever possible by supporting the Officers in their electrical requirements . -To communicate closely with Officer / Supervisor and colleagues on day to day work related issues , based on customer - supplier relationship to sustain high productivity .-To maintain an updated inventory of all mechanical equipment in the plant complete with relevant set parameters for reference used in planned maintenance . -To assist the Officer Support / Supervisor to ensure the availability of necessary mechanical spare parts so as to minimize line downtime .-To assist in the planned maintenance and breakdown repairs in the brewery where necessary .-To assist Brewery Teams in plant projects , breakdown repairs and troubleshooting of faults to ensure brewery equipment is operated at its optimum . -To ensure good housekeeping of the workshop for cleanliness and a safe working environments .-To ensure that all spare parts , workshop equipment and instruments are maintained in good condition and stored properly . -All the mechanical work to be done with work order created by SAP system .

- Ensure the operation of the packaging lines to pack products according to instructions, schedules and parameters.- Ensure the packaging materials are correct specifications.- Ensure packed finished product meets all specifications and packaging schedule is strictly to be adhered.- Communicate with own and other team members to achieve the company goals.- Strive to minimize all kinds of waste.- Prepare and review of production, machine breakdown reports and sign.- Initiate, execute or participate in suitable action where necessary to prevent or improve occurrence of quality issues, wastage or machine downtime.- Assist in update and review of packaging procedures, instructions and controls form to meet and improve the company’s standards.- Be actively involved in the maintenance of all packaging equipment.- Be multi-task and multi-skill of all packaging equipment operation.- Initiate, assist and do of housekeeping of the packaging area.- Raise the problem of machine to line leader to do the notification, follow up and coordinate with Engineering team on repair or planned maintenance activities- Work regularly in a safe manner, follow all safety rules and instructions and common sense.- Take necessary action to prevent others of working in an unsafe manner.- Supervise casual laborers- Assist and be substituted on Packaging Technical officer’s job.
