I apply my engineering skills and expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Go (Golang), PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Redis, and to build and maintain scalable, secure, and compliant cloud-based solutions on AWS. In my spare time I write, maintain, and support open-source software, notably ElectroDB a TypeScript package with over 30,000 downloads weekly.In addition to developing and deploying reliable and resilient code, I also contribute to the design, architecture, testing, and documentation of high throughput pipelines, public facing APIs, and robust platform systems. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, security, QA, and customer success, to deliver features and enhancements that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. I also support the continuous improvement and integration of our development processes and tools, leveraging DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native best practices. I care about cloud security and compliance and I enjoy learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
