This enhancement also reduced daily background job compute time by over two-thirds and cut database bound executions by nearly 4 million (~60%) daily; significantly reducing operational costs for critical infrastructure.- Orchestrated the company's most extensive service migration, redesigning the core data ingestion pipeline to AWS cloud-native streaming architecture, and transitioning over 380 million daily operations to Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, and AWS Neptune with zero customer downtime and measurable improvements to data integrity.- Conceived and developed an innovative query optimization, dramatically reducing the impact of graph query fanout and resulted in a median query execution time improvement of 62%-84%. This optimization enabled the handling of previously unfeasible queries even under substantial backend strains and was a critical factor in retaining one of the company’s largest accounts by revenue.- Leveraged Redis and EC2 to improve query result delivery APIs (REST and GraphQL) to achieve a substantial 30-50% reduction in customer median result wait times and significantly improving user’s perceptions of speed and system efficiency.- Lead seamless zero-downtime migration to transition core platform from a single database cluster to a configurable account cluster assignment arrangement.
