I currently serve as Managing Director at Denali Summit Partners and Partner and Co-Founder at Wisdom Partners, supporting exceptional founders through peer-to-peer mentorship and in all aspects of scaling an early-stage company.Previously, I was a Partner at On Deck, where I founded and led the On Deck Scale fellowship, a preeminent global network of over 250 CEOs from venture-scale companies in 31 countries, with collective capital raised exceeding $10 billion. I was also a founding partner of On Deck’s accelerator fund, which invested in over 250 startups, where I supported dozens of founders. In 2012 I co-founded Bright Funds (acquired), a leading enterprise SaaS platform for corporate philanthropy that has facilitated hundreds of millions of dollars ($ USD) in transactions around the globe. Bright Funds technology powers the employee giving, volunteerism, and corporate grant-making programs for tens of thousands of employees at dozens of leading companies. Bright Funds was recognized as a Forbes Cloud 100 Rising Star.I previously co-founded and helped build OutServe into the largest LGBT employee resource group in the world serving thousands of U.S. military personnel. OutServe played a pivotal role in the repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell."I began my professional career in San Francisco at Deloitte in the partnership's audit practice serving innovative venture capital, private equity and technology clients, followed by my work at Coverity, an enterprise software company.I graduated from Washburn University in 2006 with a BBA in Finance and Accounting, Summa Cum Laude.
