I have also been instrumental in building and managing a high-performing team of developers, designers, marketers, and customer support specialists, who share my passion for transforming the construction industry. Prior to ProjectTeam, I was the founder and president of Solution Guidance Corporation, a consulting firm that provided project management, software development, and training solutions to clients in the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) sector. I have over 20 years of experience in construction management, having worked as a project executive, construction manager, and project manager for various companies, including Clark Construction Group, HCR ManorCare, and Britt Construction. I have successfully delivered multiple large-scale and complex projects, such as hospitals, schools, hotels, and residential buildings, across the country. I have a strong background in project planning, team leadership, team building, and problem-solving, as well as a deep knowledge of the construction industry and its best practices. I am passionate about creating solutions that improve the efficiency, quality, and collaboration of construction projects, and empowering the project teams and stakeholders with the tools and information they need to succeed.
