Customer Development Representative
Current• Manage the renewal sales cycle from quoting to closing utilizing Salesforce• Responsible for closing 150+ opportunities per quarter across the Public Sector• Collaborate with Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, Distributors, and Resellers to support customers throughout the renewal sales cycle• Consistently met or exceeded quarterly renewal sales quota; • Identify and execute on upsell opportunities• Facilitate the Refresh process of new hardware and software to existing customers • Educate partners and customers on current renewal policies• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Clari to conduct and manage business
