“Dad, you are crazy!” is a high compliment that I work hard, daily, to earn. This is only one expression of several important family properties that I carry with me everywhere. Including, to the “family” at the workplace. Always encouraging others to do better, while injecting the proper amount of silliness, is just one example. Commitment to team members while enabling a safe and flexible space to grow is another. What I bring with me to any organization, project and, of course, day-to-day work relationships are the combination of these properties and other personal traits.I take a great deal of pride in being a technology leader, a colleague, and a partner when building the best solutions. I have implemented DevOps principles with various teams, worked with all levels of staff, to guide, advise and lead. Additionally, I have designed and deployed enhanced systems combining new technologies and rethought work processes to better the organization and its efficiency.I have deployed collaboration tools and services to help the organization better disseminate information and provide accurate reports. When needed I lead creative efforts to rethink work processes, to find new technologies and adjusting to new requirements and to resolve obstacles that hindered projects.
