Conducted individual and family psychotherapy with a clinically and demographically diverse patient population.

As the primary clinician on a residential unit for delinquent youth, I implemented a specialized treatment protocol and revised the unit's behavior management program. My duties also included administering psychodiagnostic assessments for the organization that included measures of cognitive ability, psychopathology, and personality.

At a year-long externship at Bellvue Hospital in NY, I completed extensive training in DBT and transference-focused psychotherapy working with an Axis II-disordered patient population, predominantly Borderline and Narcissistic Personality Disorders. Clinical duties included individual and group psychotherapy, psychological testing, intake, and screening.
