As an experienced Hotel Manager with over 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 12 years of experience in the banking sector, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. As a hotel manager , I was responsible for the smooth and effective running of the hotel operation, including planning, implementing, and managing the overall daily operations, organizing activities to drive sales and reservations, conducting hotel budgeting and financial planning, and managing and monitoring expenses. In addition, I build and maintain strong relationships with visitors and clients, handle customer complaints and queries, recruit, lead and strengthen staff team, onboard new personnel, evaluate staff performance, maintain statistical and financial records, build relationships with suppliers, suggest and implement new ideas, and ensure safety and adherence to rules and regulations/health and safety.In addition to my extensive experience as a Hotel Manager, I am also teaching Business Administration, Hotel Management, Reservation Management, PMS Systems and Economics , part-time at ΙΕΚ ΔΕΛΤΑ 360 in Vólos, Thessalia.
