Supervise the planning, execution and reporting of publicly traded audits and quarterly reviews of financial statements to Hi-tec and bio-tech companies, prepared in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP, including preparation of income tax reports in accordance with local tax laws.- Audit of consolidated financial statements for public companies traded on American Stock Exchange, in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS. - Audit of consolidated financial statements for Israeli private companies in accordance with Israeli GAAP.- Controller of international company including: check monthly adjustments, Compilation of monthly financial statements to management board and making payments to suppliers- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with audit client personnel, assess audit clients' satisfaction and proactively maintain contact with the audit client throughout the year.- Participate in client engagements during IPO.- Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with assurance team members and enhance service delivery.
