Drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts, advising on numerous corporate policies and overseeing legal review of corporate marketing materials.

Responsible for the U.S. Listings and Global Investor Development strategies for TSX and TSX Venture. Developing and implementing strategic programs to attract new listings and institutional and retail investment into TSX and TSXV listed issuers and building extensive relationship management programs with various stakeholders. Managing extensive budgets and participating in numerous speaking engagements.

Enforcing TSX Suitability Requirements, Continuous Listing Requirements and Timely Disclosure Policy. Identifying deficiencies, defining regulatory requirements, and overseeing execution of suitable resolutions to ensure integrity of capital markets. Providing management direction to the TSX Investigative Research team regarding the management, structure and procedures followed by department in order to set objectives and improve the overall efficiency of the group.
