Strategy and Policy recommendation for development of Malaysia's digital infrastructure ecosystem (Government policy, regulation, legislation, conventional and renewable energy, international and domestic connectivity)2. Technical Lead for the team which started Malaysia's largest ISP, TMnet in 1994 - 1996.
