3Gen Corp., is a direct mail marketing company that provides mailing and data enhancement services for companies and organizations who want to do mass marketing campaigns. After beginning working here in August 2010, I quickly became familiar with their internally built software which is widely based on the FoxPro programing language.My responsibilities include fixing data files using FoxPro and MySql; updating and maintaining mailing lists and running mail presorts in order to ensure the lowest postage prices for bulk mailings. Attention to detail is critical as each customer has their own marketing techniques and way they want things done.I am also partly responsible for IT and computer upkeep, fixing hardware and software issues that would come up, assisting with upgrades, and general day to day maintenance.

I directed and produced The Great Parade which took place on March 2nd. It was the largest Jewish Unity event for children to date. Over 35,000 people participated in person at the concert and parade, and 32,000 additional people logged into a web broadcast of the event.My responsibilities by this event were working on top with the directing committee ensuring all works out to the minute and as planned. My primary responsibility was to work together with the Camp Director to ensure that the day to day activities of the camp were run smoothly and succesfully. I managed over 150 staff members each year.My official office hours were 8:00am to 6:00pm but I was on call and available constantly and often worked till late at night. Typically i worked in the office from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, but was on call the time
