Durant ces 6 mois de stage, j’ai pu découvrir le monde la maroquinerie de luxe à travers différents projets : De la réorganisation de gestion de stock en passant par la planification de production d’un atelier (production de 40 pièces/semaine) ou encore par la mise en place d’outils pour l’amélioration du suivi des achats et pour la remontée de KPI achats. J’ai eu la chance de balayer différents domaines au sein d’une maison au savoir-faire historique. Cette expérience m’a permis d’élargir mon champs de compétences et de renforcer mon appétence pour les achats.

Remote internship in quality field:- Developped and improved an Excel data base containing all the tests performed during quality controls (QC)- Developped and enhanced a data base containing the main defects detected during QC - Created an easy-to-use calculation tool on Excel which gives the number of man-days for an Inspection depending on various parameters: coded macros in VBA- Validation of inspection reports
