An innovative MP-FCM assay was developed to assess the diagnostic and prognostic potential of Ki-67 and Bcl-2 as objective markers in patients diagnosed with plasma cell malignancies, namely MGUS, SMM, and MM.

Collaborated with the “De Maastricht Studie”, a 10.000-participant cohort study, to investigate the association between glucose metabolism status and glycocalyx thickness.Achievements:- Achieved substantial time efficiency improvement (up to 99%) by utilising self-developed scripts for data extraction, filtering, cleaning, and analysis from the GlycoCheckTM apparatus.- Validated the effectiveness of the GlycoCheckTM in detecting microvascular dysfunction by measuring changes in sublingual endothelial glycocalyx.
