My first position at this company was: Production & Purchasing Engineer. I investigated raw materials over the Europe and get sample raw materials. With these ingredients, I aimed, reducing the costs and improved the quality. And also I’ve been responsible, decision of packing materials and new trends.Also I‘d charged the foundation quality and food safety systems, Halal Food production systems at the company. And also I’ve been manage the audits which is for chain of supermarkets. Also I took part in import / export department for operations. So I ‘ve worked for many different fields in this Company. Currently I support many departments in terms of business developments.

In 2014 I have started to work as Production Engineer at TUNAY Food Industry in Erzincan/Turkey. On this position I was responsible for the production schedule of fruit puree and concentrate . Additionally I was responsible to coordinate the shifts of the production team according to the production plan. My task was also covering the managing of incoming material quality according to the company specifications with quality control departments, control and consolidate daily activities of QA department in accordance with the pre-defined production plan. In this context I was also ensuring finish product quality and food safety in parallel with company specifications like ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, Halal Food, Kosher Food, IFS Food Standards.
