I am currently handling several cases with a special focus on real estate (contracts/PUZ/building permits annulment), insolvency matters (drafting and lodging with the court requests to open the insolvency proceedings, requests of registration of the claim to the creditors table etc.) and other civil and commercial aspects (drafting/reviewing SPAs, lease agreements, neighboring and servitude agreements etc.).

I am currently collaborating with DLA Piper on several projects, having the opportunity to further work on very complex projects and to be in touch with international clients and with other professionals having extensive experience and expertise in many areas.

As an associate in the Litigation&Regulatory department, I am dealing with (i) drafting documents for court proceedings, (ii) I provide legal assistance and representation of clients (from sectors such as real estate, life sciences, gambling etc.) before authorities and Romanian Courts in various litigation issues, (iii) I assist clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings (CCIR, ICC) and other related arbitration issues.

From 1 October 2015 to 1 April 2017 I have worked as a Junior Lawyer in the Real Estate Department where I dealt with complex and challenging tasks such as: (i) assisting clients in order to negotiate lease agreements or other contracts, (ii) drafting/amending SPAs, Servitude Agreements etc., (iii) reviewing documents and drafting red flag issue DD Reports and final DD Reports, (iv) advising on Planning, Zoning and Environmental Law, (v) drafting documents for the courts proceedings etc.From 1 April 2017, I have been working in the Litigation&Regulatory department, where I am dealing with a wide range of disputes with a main focus on arbitration, insolvency law, gambling law and administrative litigation.

During the summer, I was a trainee lawyer in the Real Estate department where I have performed tasks such as: (i) legislation and case law research activities regarding various legal issues such as real estate, civil matters and corporate law, obligations and contraventions; (ii) different registration andarchiving activities before the courts of law as well as corresponding with national publicauthorities (the National Archives, the National Trade Registry Office etc.), (iii) drafting lease agreements, (iv) participating in meeting with clients (contracts negotiations) etc.
