Internal event & PR activities:+ Ensure internal event & PR notice / announcement / regulations drafted & distribute accuracy and standardly to all company channel.+ Implement purchasing order related to internal event & PR.+ Budget management, follow debit and implement payment for internal events & PR according to company policy & process.+ Internal event & PR supplier management.+ Internal event & PR activities organization: Birthday, women’s day, year end party, happy hour, Noel, Townhall, Employee of the year, Company trip, Team Building, Team dinner, Project team entertainment,…etc.+ Prepare travel arrangements for office staff and managers; oversee and prepare expense reports and budgets.CSR activities:+ Corporate with Marketing department to organize and conduct Corporate Social Responsibility activities.

+ Manage inventory of materials, main suppliers of the company. + Planning for student recruits following assigned territory / provinces+ Manage and arrange internal events as per request from the department head+ Organize a summer camp program for students: give ideas, create team scripts and campfires, MC the teambuilding's program+ Organize enrollment activities combined with school introduction events at high schools in the Southeastern region: HCM, Dong Nai, Ba Ria,…+ In charge of OOH (Out of Home) advertising 's activities+ Fully responsible for expenses and supporting documents regarding all items in charge
