Responsibilities :• Ensuring the accuracy of company financial statement of income & expenditure, cash flow and balance sheet.• Assisting the accounts team in preparation with daily sales price variances, due balances of receivables and also, maintaining the collection period timely with retaining the strong daily sales performance. • Maintaining banking relationships and assisting to forecast cash flow positions for determining proper capital structure related to available funds for investment opportunities and extra borrowing needs.• Managing and preparing analysis of company’s budget and providing explanation directly to management if any differences causes from prepared annual budget.• Working with international product management team in the aim of determining the associated cost with purchasing products and preparing the forecast sales on projected results. • Analysing the actual daily sales invoice against the key market information and providing accurate reports to management in determining the progression of sales team. • Addressing corporate opportunities and threads, discussing with management team for delivering better solution for company better performance • Communicating directly with domestic and international buyers and sellers for sharing the daily business performance and also to maintain and create strong relationship with suppliers and sellers too.• Cooperating with other departments for improving company’s performance and maintaining safe and clean work environment.• Understanding and following the company’s ethics, and performing all others duties and responsibilities as required and as demanded.
