Hi!! I'm Suraj Shet, a Mechanical Engineer, a Poet, a Storyteller, a Copywriter and a Marketer. I have been closely associated with Technical Sales and Marketing, in my current role as a Sales Engineer. Why sales? Because it is something that allows me to learn Technical Knowledge and as well as Business. I would carry out my task by applying my technical knowledge into solving real life problems for my customers. During my role, I paid visits to my customer, understood their challenges, gave them my offerings and solutions. Ultimately solving their problem by creating a Win-Win situation. I have helped in Lead Generation, Follow Up, Presentation and Sales Closure.I have also successfully carried out a Project, with my team, during our final year of Mechanical Engineering. The project was funded by the Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology, IISc Bangalore. We had Designed and Fabricated a Pneumatic powered Cashew Shelling Machine. The machine developed was aimed at empowering the small scale farming industry, by providing a good shelling efficiency. We were successful in meeting our objectives and the fabricated machine has 76% shelling efficiency. An 8% increase over the traditional machine. Moreover, the machine has a good scope for future improvements.I developed my skills as a Copy Writing and Content Writing during my college days. Since then I have nurtured my skill and have constantly worked on them. I have successfully written copies for two websites and a number of ads. I am currently transcribing a book from Kannada language to English language. Recently, I have earned a Certification from Unhu School of Execution, on Mastering Copywriting. A firm believer of, Voice Powers, but Words Empower. I am on a mission to help people empower themselves and make the world a better place for all of us together.
