My job involves most kinds of financial activities occurs in an international hotel, for examples, Income Audit, AR, AP, GL and Budgeting. Being one of the supervisory staff in a new hotel, I have obtained experience in developing structures for Finance department in the pre-opening and opening. I have a cost management supervisor, 2 night auditors, a cashier supervisor, an accounting clerk and 9 cashiers as my subordinates.In addition, I have learned PowerBI and SQL from off-the-job training. As a result, I am able to use the PowerPivot functions in Excel to create intelligible financial reports and tables we ever have in my office.

I have replaced my manager’s duties for about a half year in 2015 because he was off-duty in that period. At that time, I have to manage the whole PL and directly reported to senior management team for our hotel’s monthly result. In additional, I have to consider and make decision for most of the activities and issues which come up from our team members internally and also from outsiders involved.

I am responsible for monitoring the cost of beverage over 20 outlets in City of Dreams and making daily and monthly cost reports for them with my supervisors. My job also takes part in auditing physical stock-take and doing cost transferring processes for the outlets and warehouses in COD. I have obtained practical knowledge of ERP system in a big company through using it for my daily tasks.

I have cooperated with my supervisors and colleagues in making contracts for over 7,000 new employees. Besides, in order to make the contracts preparing processes more efficient, I have provided some VBA solutions for my team. I also have experience as a host at a job fair which has over 9,000 visitors.

I have succeeded keeping the students concentrate to the class and not to lose their interest in learning Japanese at the beginning by providing substantial and interactive lessons.

For about half year training in one of the Hitachi's ATM production factories. I was appointed Technician for upgrading their ATMs around Japan. There were 4 people in our team and I was one of the team leaders. Our team was mainly responsible for the machines in the Kanto region.
