As a Personal Performance Coach and the founder of U90 Coaching, I help individuals and teams develop the skills and mindsets they need to perform at their highest potential. I have over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, working as a project manager, a consultant, and a certified agile trainer and coach for leading companies such as Dell Technologies and Rakuten.I combine my professional background with my passion for coaching, which I developed as an athletics coach for boys and girls soccer for over eight years. I hold a Master of Arts in Executive Coaching and Consulting from Concordia University Irvine, as well as a Professional Executive Coaching and Consultation Certificate, a Certified Scrum Product Owner, and a Certified Scrum Professional credential. My coaching philosophy is based on the principle that you can't perform tactically what you can't do technically, meaning that you need to master the basic skills before you can excel in complex situations.
