Regional Franchise office - Dubai Enterprise Holdings, Inc. is a global car rental conglomerate and operates three brands: Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Rent a Car, and National Car Rental. With a presence in over 100 countries and territories, Enterprise Holdings is one of the largest car rental companies in the world, serving both leisure and business travelers.AJAR Middle East operates Alamo, Enterprise, and National brands as the Master Franchisee for Enterprise Holdings in the Middle East.My main goals revolve around developing and boosting sales within our franchise markets, empowering our sales teams, identifying and winning growth opportunities on domestic, regional and international scales. • Directly report to Director Franchising• Oversee inbound, outbound, and domestic sales across UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Jordan• Lead the corporate and leisure sales for Alamo, Enterprise, and National brands. • Engage in new customer acquisition, commercial contract negotiation and execution, manage existing partnerships• Implement global sales strategies and foster a collaborative environment within the sales teams in our markets• Support and assist franchise partners in optimizing their revenue management strategy, suggest and manage promotional activities• Lead and guide the sales teams to identify and win strategic local and global opportunities by consistently following the sales process and striving to deliver exceptional customer experience

Reporting to Group General Manager and lead a department of 65 individuals including 5 supervisors.My KPIs are overall revenue, utilization, revenue per day and department profitability.I oversee all Budget outlets in UAE, rental agent and supervisor performance.My responsibilities include and are not limited to:• Developing strategies to capture new business opportunities, both domestic and inbound• Launching direct partnerships for both Budget and Payless brands into international and regional markets • Expanding partnerships with brokers/aggregators, hotels, OTAs, tour operators, travel agencies, insurance companies, banks, airlines• Penetrating the loyalty segment - loyalty program partnerships, cash back programs, employee benefit programs, frequent flyer programs• Overseeing online sales and Budget UAE website performance and enhancement• Managing overall pricing and monitoring booking trends. Based on the developing demand I implement strategies to increase revenue per day, fleet utilization and revenue per car• Driving initiatives to increase walk-ins, ancillary sales and implementing various promotional and marketing activities• Identifying training requirements and developing training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance• I also look after customer service division and I am responsible for improving customer service scores, addressing post-rental complaints, and proposing continuous improvements• Working with IT and digital teams on projects to achieve seamless customer journey and develop comprehensive reporting.Awards:UAE Leading Car Rental Company 2018 - World Travel Awards
