• Expert in Algorithm Developing (Modeler):o 10+ years of experience in simulation analysis of properties and capacities of optical systems;o 5+ years of experience in the medical tomography image reconstruction algorithms & 2D and 3D X-ray image recognition algs;o 3+ year of experience in the industrial tomography image reconstruction algs;• Expert in system analysis (System Analyst) for the software development:o 10+ years in development of the software products for modeling classical and quantum optical communication systems, integrated photonics and fiber optics;o 8+ years in development of the software products for tomography image analysis (both medical and industrial directions);• Expert in research, modeling, and simulation of physical processes, including:o 4+ years in investigation of diffusion, friction and mobility processes of macromolecules in solutions (Fokker-Planck Eq., (Rotational) Diffusion Eq., etc.); o 5+ years in investigation of heat and material transfer in materials (Navier-Stokes Eq., Darcy Eq., etc.);o 6+ years in investigation of light and x-ray propagation through the various systems and materials;o 3+ years in rare gas flow simulation (including high Mach number regimes);o 2+ years in plasma etching; o 6+ years in multimode/multicore fiber design (Kerr Effects, Nonlinearity, Manakov Eq., Multimode coupling, etc).• Hard experience in statistics and data analyzing (Python, Maple, SciPy, Numpy).• Professional skills in applied mathematics, simulation, and optimization of simulation algorithms in Maple/Simulink/Anaconda.• Strong Experience in usage of the professional software tools (COMSOL, Maple, AnsysFluent, DesignSuite, DeviceDesign , etc.);• Strong Experience in preparation documentation for the software products;• Work experience in international teams, a team leadership, project and product management (15+ years);
