I hold a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology. Furthering my academic journey, I completed my Master's in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electronic Systems at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the same university.I am actively engaged as a researcher at the European Council for Nuclear Research (Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire), where my work involves developing machine learning models for integration into FPGA. My expertise spans maintenance and upgrade projects in FPGA, electronic systems, and groundbreaking research in Artificial Intelligence applied to the realm of nuclear research.During my undergraduate studies, I contributed significantly as a fellow in the Tutorial Education Program, PET-Física, participating in diverse activities encompassing undergraduate research, extension projects, and innovation. My focus was on projects related to embedded systems and prototyping, utilizing cutting-edge equipment like 3D printers and prototypes.For my master's research, I delved into the application of Fuzzy Logic to classify indoor environments using RF signals. Embarking on my doctorate, I became part of the ATLAS-Brasil collaboration, spending time in Geneva at CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research). There, I played a key role in maintenance and upgrade projects related to FPGA and electronic systems. I also conducted pioneering research in new models of Artificial Intelligence applicable to the detector systems.Presently, I am a member of a new working group at ATLAS, where my research focuses on the application of AI models to enhance the performance of electron and photo triggers in the HLT (High-level Trigger) and Level-1 of the experiment. Alongside my academic pursuits, I hold an incomplete degree in Physics.My multifaceted background and expertise position me as a dedicated professional committed to pushing the boundaries of knowledge and contributing to the forefront of technological advancements in the field of Electrical Engineering and Nuclear Research.
