Monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss - PL); Engage annual budgeting and monthly forecasting; Prepare, submit and monitor monthly reports comparing actual figures to budgets and forecasted variances (Actual VS Budget VS Actual n-1); Prepare budgets modifications; Conduct monthly Balance Sheet (BS) reconciliations, Supervise cost centers, Review and processed expense reports and employee advance payments; Monitor the performance of regional agencies (MOZ, MLA, ZMB, ZIM) and subcontracted Shared Service Center (SSC); Supervise the intercompany accounts of entities in the Zambezi cluster; Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury; Ensure compliance with finance procedures; Supervise payroll accounting; Focal point on internal and external audit; Focal point of Finance transformation (Introduction of a new accounting software system enhancing financial efficiency and reporting capabilities); Modification and implementation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for optimized financial processes, Strategic subcontracting of specific activities to a Shared Service Center (SSC) in India, resulting in increased operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness (Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe); Coordinate finance team activities operating in Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and CCIS Beira;

Monitor the performance of agencies in Mozambique (MOZ), Malawi (MLA), Zambia (ZMB), and Zimbabwe (ZIM), as well as Subcontracted Service Centers (SSC); Oversee and coordinate all aspects of accounts payable processes; Conduct thorough checks of invoice rates against contract terms; Coordinate comprehensive vendor reconciliations; Forecast upcoming payments; Ensure meticulous tracking and management of deliverables and timelines pertaining to grants, contracts, vendors, and partners; Handle the booking of invoices; Manage administrative procurement procedures; Coordinate efforts to clear backlogs; Provide supervision for reconciliations; Lead KPI measurement and support missions aimed at enhancing processes and addressing recurring issues within the General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP); Offer assistance to sister companies in Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, and CCIS; Facilitate payment processing.
