First of all We are polishing and make attractive resume of the consultant in a professional way before marketing the candidate and finding jobs according to the candidate’s skill set or where they are technically more skilled at.Understanding US IT Staffing client hiring needs / requirements and serving them in an effective manner.Working on the social networking sites where we can build up the relation with the people (Linked in, twitter etc.)Responsibilities include calling on candidates and prime vendors, presenting consultants, negotiating & finalizing contracts.Interacting with recruiters and submitting candidate’s profile as per the client requirements and getting scheduled with interviews to the candidates.Experience in placing own and 3 rd party candidates with good billing rates and finalizing the terms and conditions on contracts.Placed the candidates on payment terms of Net30, Net45 with the Invoices of Weekly, Biweekly and Monthly Basis.Taking responsibility of candidates purchase order and completing the entire process of paper work before candidate joins at work place.Keeping track of candidate arrival to bench (at least 2 weeks before) and getting their updated resume ready in the market.Proficient to provide training to new employee about job responsibilities and work, moulding them to learn in a very short time..As a Recruiter experienced with full cycle of staffing services, such as finding candidates through different sourcing techniques, Screening of resumes, interviews, salary negotiation, and working closely with Account managers.Involved in executive search operations on website like Dice, Monster, Corp 2 Corp, CareerBuilder and etc.
