I am a trainer and HR consultant. For me my area of expertise is my area of keen interest too. I am good team player and like to interact with diverse teams and cultures. My job as an assistant professor of HR and Management has polished my professional abilities a lot and training projects covered by me so far have provided me with valuable exposure to the corporate environment and has groomed my abilities as a trainer. My prime areas of interests include HRD, OB, Training and Motivation. I am currently a Masters by research in HRD and wish to proceed to PhD level in my area. Work experience includes almost eight years of work at CIIT as lecturer and assistant professor. before this short internships and one year of job as admin officer at a college.
