• Managing a portfolio of clients including public listed/regulated entities for various engagements such as annual audits, statutory reviews, agreed upon procedures assignments, etc. reporting directly to the Audit Partner.• Managing and supervising the execution of external audit engagements, including audit plans and review of the work performed by the audit team, considering IAS, IFRS, Firm's Audit Methodology and local regulatory requirements.• Planning out the engagement field work, review, deliverable and completion timelines as well as managing teams to ensure the right mix of skills and strengths are being leveraged as effectively and efficiently as possible.• Administering the career development of team members under my direct reporting to ensure development of the audit staff.• Managing clients' accounts including billing, fee analysis and new service development.• Researching technical accounting issues/recent developments as well as understanding and utilizing firm's Audit Methodology for continuous professional development and competence.• Representing as an engagement manager in Annual General Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings and close out meetings with the top management of various clients to discuss engagement progress and findings; and• Developing cordial working relationships and providing advisory and value-added services in various aspects of client's business.

• Leading and supervising the client facing teams on field for planning, execution, and completion of assurance engagements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and legal frameworks.• Preparing risk-based audit strategies and audit plans through risk assessment, understanding of clients and their business environments for various account balances, class of transactions and disclosures including specialized areas.• Performing audit procedures and concluded results over complex areas and decision making over critical issues.• Liaising with client, audit team members, internal and external experts involved in the engagements.• Reviewing financial statements including related disclosures to ensure compliance with internal accounting records, International Financial Reporting Standards, and other legal frameworks.• Reviewing the work of junior staff including on the job training for their professional development while contributing to my own technical capabilities and business acumen; and• Focusing on building client-firm relationships and ensuring that deliverables are prepared within the time frame agreed without compromising organizational quality benchmarks and identifying future opportunities for clients by developing strong relationships and anticipating their business needs.

• Acting as a responsible team member to ensure that all deliverable assigned to me are provided on time.• Developing an understanding of entity's business and assessing and evaluating the overall engagement risks from firm's perspective.• Maintaining a cordial relation with the clients to ensure smooth progress of work.• Providing the working papers to job seniors and managers on timely basis and assisting them in the review process.• Attending meetings with Clients, highlighting areas of concern to my superiors, resolving issues with the Client's staff, and appropriately discussing them with the Engagement Manager.• Working closely with junior team members to help them in difficult areas as well as providing guidance on managing the work; and,• Keeping up to date with the latest technical and professional advancements.
