Manage the command and control center..Control all over the Metro bus operationDeal with Services providers on all kind of any issue regaining Metrobus Operation.• Observe through CCTV camera daily activities and operations for irregular activities happening at the terminals/stations/tour.• Mention violation/incident in the Incident form and communicate it to the service provider’s representative person present in the control room. • Monitor establishment activities to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.• Act as oversight and security agents for higher management and customers.• Supervise and train surveillance observers.• Report customer-related incidents occurring in terminals to Assistant Manager Operations.• To compile the summary of all violations/incidents and suspicious behaviors record, and hand it over to the Assistant Manager Operations in the form of soft copy.• Prepare daily surveillance report about the activities and action taken against it to the Manager Operations or General Manager Operation.
