To implement and monitor strict cGMP Compliance during all operations at plant. To introduce latest machinery, equipment and techniques to make production processes fast and economical. To lead local and foreign regulatory body inspections very frequently at plant. To induct highly technical and professional staff through HR Department at Plant. To minimize energy conservation and losses by introducing alternate methods and addition of high speed machinery and equipment at plant to cut down the cost of production and making products more economical. To resolve all technical issues occur or complaints received from local or international market and from regulatory authorities by the consultation of Quality Assurance department.
