Take Responsibility for Tracking the Attendance and Workflow of that team and work alongside with Area Manager .Working within multi-disciplined role mainly covering as a part of management team, distribution, production, warehousing and as well as managing general office procedures and health and safety.Logistics / Distribution  Responsible for production department, supply and re-supply of goods in and out.  Improved daily dispatch of products from 90 to 99%. Maintain health and safety and 5s within area. Build and develop team’s skills and competencies for best results . Ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors. Assist the Area Manager with taking the daily team brief . Improves Quality and eliminates error. Able to handle long and short term multiple task , while working with high stress, fast paced ambiguous environment.  Assist the Area Manager with tracking, trending and reporting of Departmental Matrix by associates.
