Capability building over FI tools; 5S, RCA, FI 12 steps, SMED, YB-GB-BB Projects, Toll Gate reviews. c. Productivity Projects Governance - Loss allocation at all levels across site d. Health check of All FI SWPs & drive action Plan 5. Lead & accelerate site digital Road Map along with India & Global Digital team; Solvace ,Shop Logix IDF Implementation, IQS, Waste analytics, Manufacturing Control Tower & many more. 6. Promoting benchmarking culture & implementation of best practices across India BU sites.7.
