Develop credibility, loyalty, and trust with customers by understanding their needs and providing solution-based recommendations. 6. Manage the install base, performed product lifecycle analysis and reporting, and generated opportunities related to Digital Transformation. 7. Responsible for opportunity funnel buildup and quota achievement. 8. Develop and present digital transformation roadmaps, defined projects, and provided implementation and integration recommendations that best matched with the customer’s existing install base that met customer expectations. 9.
