As a Producibility Engineer at Ericsson, I am responsible for designing and optimizing Ericsson products to achieve greater yield in less time. Collaborating with the design team and production, I manage all the tools, pallets, and fixtures for the product. My role also involves preparing and managing DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and poka yoke solutions. Additionally, I am lab coordinator of producibility lab at Ericsson.Prior to Ericsson, I worked as a Technical Sales Specialist at Eurobalt Engineering Company. In this role, I created RFQs, technical drawings, CAD models, and quality reports using ISO2768 and other standards. I also managed the given projects.My experience in academia includes working as a Lab Engineer at the National University of Science and Technology in Islamabad, Pakistan. As a lab engineer, I led laboratory work in various fields, including CAD/CAM, Heat and Mass transfer, Thermodynamics, and Engineering Drawing. I was also responsible for managing the procurement of equipment for the labs.I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the International Islamic University Islamabad and a Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Tallinn University of Technology.As part of my professional development, I am currently undergoing Six Sigma - Green Belt Training at Ericsson Estonia, studying Lean and Six Sigma, as well as Minitab software. I am also a Certified Solidworks Professional in Mechanical Design and have completed courses in G D & T and stack up analysis, Solidworks Sheet Metal Design, and Universal Robot (UR) training.During my internship at Okmet OÜ, a mechanical workshop in Keila, Estonia, I performed all the manufacturing operations, including drilling and milling, and assisted in CAD modeling using Solidworks. I also gained valuable experience as an intern at the Hydel Power Plant in Nandipur Gujranwala, Pakistan, where I learned more about turbines and their functionalities.In terms of volunteering, I have participated in events such as Robotex International in Tallinn, Estonia, and the 2nd International Conference on Power Generation Systems & Renewable Energy Technologies in Islamabad, Pakistan.Lastly, I hold a B1 driving license for cars.P.S: Fun Fact: I am a cat lover!! 🐈🐱😊
