At the UBECI Foundation, I work to reduce child labor and improve the lives of children who work in the Ecuadorian street markets. While first volunteering for UBECI in 2003, I discovered a passion for helping the market children which I carry into the work I do today. As a director, my professional responsibilities include the hiring of new staff and volunteers, communicating with partners and donors, marketing, budgeting and fundraising for the organization.
