Bob Braudrick was born in 1965. His first paying job was in 1979 at age 14 pouring concrete for his Uncle Bill. He graduated from Putnam City West in 1983, Baylor University in 1987 with a Bachelors in Arts, and attended Western Conservative Baptist Seminary in 1988. Ever since, Bob has had a number of sales and management jobs culminating in the opening of Braudrick Construction in the mid-1990s. Then in 2006 Bob purchased the Oklahoma City UBuildIt franchise where it operates in the entire state of Oklahoma. UBuildIt-Oklahoma City was the Number One New Franchise in 2007, the Number One National Franchise in 2008, 2009, and 2010, and the Oklahoma Readers Choice Award Top 5 Builder and Remodel in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. Bob is now Owner & Managing Partner of UBuildIt Holdings, LLC. Bob owns a small ranch in Wellston, Oklahoma where he breeds Limousine and Angus cattle for fun and is an active member of the Surrey Hills Baptist Church.
