As the Director of Solutions Architecture, I am aligned to all business lines within Unify Square. The primary focus of my role is managing the pre-sales and delivery teams for both consulting and Unify Square’s PowerSuite platform. This includes working directly with our partners, our Account Management and Marketing teams to create new sales programs, customer offerings and pre/post-sales collateral and programs, managing a team of geographically dispersed direct reports working across multiple projects, products and disciplines. In addition, I work with the Unify Square Product Group and Support Team on road map and feature completion, implementation standards, creating programs, liaising with customers to validate the PowerSuite platform is meeting current and future customer demand, and working in a consultative fashion with customers and channel partners to increase sale and adoption of the platform.

As a Managing Architect - Unified Communications, I assist large enterprises with deployments of the Microsoft UC Platform including Microsoft Lync and OCS, and manage a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants. Project scopes typically include architecture of global deployment, deployment oversight, technical escalation and staff training. I also author original content for customer and partner training, including the MCM Insights series posted on the Microsoft Partner Network, and serve as a SME with oversight of many active global projects.

As one of the founders and President Emeritus (President 2011-2017) of the Microsoft Teams User Group, I work with our team of volunteers nationwide and sponsors to provide the community with valuable information as it relates to all forms of Microsoft Unified Communications. The group holds quarterly in person meetings in over 20 cities and has over 4,000 members nationwide.

As the Unified Communications Practice Lead and a Senior Consultant for the IT Advisor Group division I provide technical direction, implementation services and project management for a wide variety of clients. My responsibilities include pre-sales planning, direct customer sales, solution architecture, partner relationship management, creating installation standards, implementation, documentation, and training of users and staff. Project scopes typically included VoIP, messaging, core infrastructure, virtualization, storage solutions, and disaster recovery planning. While at PCMS I have served as a technical lead and mentor to many of our team members, assisted in the development of procedures to improve efficiency, and worked to foster a team oriented environment.

While at Cintas Document Management I held 2 positions functioning in a split role as both a network administrator and an imaging specialist. My assigned duties include administration of a WAN/LAN environment, design of new network infrastructure, phone/voicemail system maintenance, coordinating vendors, disaster recovery planning, and operating a high volume scanner.
