Workday's ATS isn't designed to be integrated with in such a deep way, so we had to get creative with a mix of webhooks, polling, and periodic data refreshing.

Engage is at the heart of Twilio's overall business strategy today.Led migration of the identity resolution database within Segment Personas (>70TB, >500k RPS) from FoundationDB to DynamoDB. We went from running the largest FDB cluster in the world to a merely top-15 DynamoDB instance.Led revamp of single-sign-on, permissioning, audit logging, and in-app organization systems. Mostly in service of winning and supporting bigger-than-ever enterprise customers. Worked with all of R&D to help them adapt to new org-wide software patterns these features required.
