Ensured seamless concrete pouring for the entire vertical structure without construction joints to prevent radiation leakage during service life. Coordinated batch plants, equipment, workforce, and work permits for the successful execution of approximately 2,500 m3 concrete casting without any witholdings to avoid the risk of cold joint formation. Completed all construction activities on schedule and within budget, delivering the project to the client with all radiation leakage tests conducted by the Turkish Atomic Energy Institution successfully passed prior to handover.

Guided the bidding process, contract negotiations, and construction planning as Rough Works Construction Manager for TANAP's SCADA Center Construction Project in Gölbaşı, Ankara (Scope Budget > 1.5 M USD). Efficiently organized manpower resources and supervised the execution of all rough construction works, including SCADA buildings, office structures, service facilities, and perimeter security installations. Successfully completed all construction activities within the planned duration and seamlessly handed over the project to the main contractor.

Directed the bidding process, engaged in contract negotiations, and steered construction planning as Construction Manager for Roketsan's (TSK) Turkish Armed Forces Ammunition Refinement and Purification Compound in Yahşihan, Kırıkkale (Project Budget > 5 M USD). Oversaw procurement activities and end-to-end execution of all construction works for this high-security military facility, which included explosion-proof test buildings, control buildings, ammunition storage structures, safety installations, comprehensive MEP infrastructure, and additional site works.
