Implementing and troubleshooting Unified Contact Center Enterprise. Configuration of various IPCC components like Router/ Logger, Peripheral Gateway, Administrative Workstation. Troubleshooting of voice Gateways, Gatekeeper, PRI (T1/E1-CCS/CAS) and WAN Troubleshooting. Administration & Troubleshooting IPCC requests: Agent Line Requests Cisco Historical Reports, Cisco supervisory desktop, scripting, RmCm, application management and prompt management and call manager.
